Below are the prices for you to start your journey whether it is to lose 4 stone or 4 inches, I can help. All sessions either 60 mins or 30 mins are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Helping you achieve the best results. All sessions are available from 5:30am till Late, based around lifting weights and maintaining cardio fitness through certain exercises.

One Off Session

Whether you want to just come and go to change up your training and get some more tips or just can't schedule a time each week and just want to pay as you go, then this is the thing for you. In each session you will receive tips and tricks to help you get the desired effect during training, you will also gain valuable knowledge through learning different things compared to your normal routine. Even just once a month to switch it up and to be pushed out of your comfort zone.

Monthly Twice Weekly

To make your training regular and to keep you on the right path doing two sessions a week can help keep your mind focused and motivated. Staging training throughout the week will help keep you moving in the right direction.

10 Sessions

Just like the One Off Sessions but you know you have paid up front for them and have the comfort to use them as and when you may need them, be it once a week or every other week or once a month.

Wedding

Blitz

The Blitz package is for those who are strapped for time and need a little bit of toning or weight loss to make them feel fabulous on their big day. With 2 one on one sessions a week and a nutrition plan all rolled into one great package you will be well on your way to looking and feeling great. 

3 Months 

Is just the same as the Blitz package but with the added bonus of an extra session each week totalling 3 sessions a week and a nutrition plan to keep you walking down the aisle on tip top form.

Body Overhaul

This 6 month package is designed to help you make the best changes possible and help you do it by yourself with a little help of course. This means that you will have created a stable relationship with food and can make your own healthier choices and know what is right for you to maintain your shape and tone. With 1 session a week, a bi weekly nutrition guidance plan, check ins and a home gym plan/ gym plan depending on whether you are a member at any given gym.

Summer Body 8 Week Programme

This is designed perfectly to fit in with the run up to your holiday whether it's a beach holiday or an adventure holiday, you'll be in great condition whatever the weather. 8 weeks of 2 sessions a week, a tailored nutritional guidance plan, home workouts and guidance throughout. You'll be smashing it out of the park on your holiday.

Nutrition Plans

What it says on the tin, a two week guidance plan to help you get it right in the kitchen, if your feel your eating habits are letting your hard work go to waste in the gym.
